Ingredients
Chinese cabbage ( 1 root ) | Mushroom ( Appropriate amount ) |
Pleurotus eryngii ( 1 piece ) | Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( 5g ) | Light soy sauce ( 5ml ) |
Salt ( 2g ) | Chicken essence ( 2g ) |
Water starch ( appropriate amount ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
How to stir-fry mushrooms with vegetables

1.Prepare some dried mushrooms and soak them in water

2.Pleurotus eryngii slices

3.Tung vegetable Wash

4.Cut some minced garlic

5.Add a little water starch

6. Boil the water and blanch the tung greens

7.Drain and set aside

8.Put in the mushrooms and blanch them for 3 minutes

9. Remove and set aside
