Salt ( a small spoonful ) | Sugar ( a small spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoonful ) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
How to make leek and small gluten

1.Prepare leek moss and small gluten
2.Wash the leek moss and cut off the head of the leek flowers

3.Cut into inch sections

4. Wash the small gluten twice and drain the water

5. Heat oil in a pan, add small gluten and stir-fry until the water vapor is released

Tips
