Cabbage, wide noodles ( appropriate amount ) | Minced green onions, ginger, small peppers, very fresh soy sauce, salt, vinegar (appropriate amount) |
Recipe of stir-fried wide noodles with spicy and sour cabbage

2.Soak the wide noodles in boiling water, dry them out, and cut them into short strips for later use

3.Prepared green onion, ginger and small pepper

4. Heat oil in a pan, first add onion, ginger and pepper and saute until fragrant, then add cabbage and stir-fry

5.Finally, pour in the wide rice flour, mix well and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and vinegar, stir-fry again to fully mix and taste

6.Finally take it out of the pot and put it into a dish, sprinkle with chopped green onion
