How to make cold kelp shreds

1.Soak the kelp in water for about an hour in advance and wash it well

2.Drain and dry Cut into shreds

3.Wash coriander and rice pepper

4.Drain the water from coriander

5.Cut into suitable size segments

6. Cut the rice pepper into shreds , mince the garlic rice and place it on the coriander for later use

7.Pour in the water and bring to a boil Open

8.Put in the kelp shreds, add an appropriate amount of salt, and turn off the heat for about 8 minutes

9.Pick up the drained water

10. Pour the drained kelp into a large bowl, add the prepared coriander, minced garlic, and rice pepper, then add vinegar and chili oil , light soy sauce, sugar, cooked sesame seeds, sesame oil, just mix together!
