Ingredients
Pak choi ( 300 grams ) | Garlic head ( 1 piece ) |
Oil ( 20g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
How to make garlic cabbage

1. First clean the cabbage, drain the water and place it on the cutting board

2.Use a knife to cut the cabbage into small sections and set aside

3.Garlic head, peeled and washed

4.Use a knife to chop the head of garlic into foam and set aside

5.Heat the pan to stir-fry

6.Add minced garlic

7.Mash the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

8.When the garlic smell comes out, pour in the cabbage

9.Use a spatula to stir-fry evenly

10.Add salt to taste

11. Stir well again , then turn off the heat

12.Pour out and serve
