Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms ( 150g ) | Crab mushroom ( 150g ) |
Flour ( 200g ) | Starch ( a little ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Salt and pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make salt and pepper enoki mushrooms

1.Prepare the crab meat mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, wash them and drain them

2.Add a flour Eggs, add a little starch, a little salt, half a bowl of water, stir into a batter, dip it with chopsticks to prevent dripping

3.Pour the mushrooms into the batter and evenly adhere to the batter

4. Heat the oil pan 60% , add the mushrooms and fry over low heat until golden and take them out
