Ingredients
Organic cauliflower (One) | Tomatoes (One span> ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 grams ) |
How to make organic cauliflower with tomato sauce
1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Break organic cauliflower into small pieces.

3. Soak in light salt water for 5 minutes, remove and control the water.

4.Use a stainless steel spoon to scrape the surface of tomatoes evenly and gently tear off the skin.

5. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small dices and set aside.

6.Put oil in the pot and add diced tomatoes.

7. Use a shovel to press the tomatoes, and slowly stir-fry the red oil over low heat.

8.Add organic cauliflower and stir-fry until raw.

9.Add appropriate amount of salt.

10.Add two grams of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
