Green peppers ( 4 pcs ) | Garlic cloves ( several ) |
Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) | Sugar ( 1 tablespoon ) |

How to make tiger skin peppers

1. Prepare to wash and drop peppers, garlic cloves, and green onions.

2. Remove the stems of the pepper and cut into sections, chop green onions and garlic.

3.Stir the very fresh soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and balsamic vinegar in proportion and set aside.

4. Add oil to the hot pot
