Ingredients
Luffa (2 roots) | Sweet potato leaves ( 100g span> ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | Vegetable oil ( 10 grams ) |
How to stir-fry sweet potato leaves with loofah

1. Prepare the ingredients: loofah and sweet potato leaves.

2. Wash the sweet potato leaves with clean water.

3. Drain the sweet potato leaves and set aside.

4. Peel the loofah and cut it into hob shapes.

5. Heat the pan and pour 10 grams of vegetable oil.

6. Heat the oil until medium cooked, pour in the loofah and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry until the loofah is medium cooked, add the sweet potato leaves and stir-fry together.

8. Stir-fry until the sweet potato leaves are broken and add 2 grams of salt.

9.Continue to stir-fry until the flavors are evenly incorporated, then turn off the heat.

10. Transfer to a plate.

11. Stir-fried sweet potato leaves with loofah are ready to serve~
