Luffa ( Two ) | Vermicelli ( A bundle ) |
Garlic ( Six Valve ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( half a spoon ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to stir-fry luffa vermicelli

1.Get ready Ingredients.

2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft.

3. Wash and peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces.

4. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and set aside.

5. Cut the soaked vermicelli into two sections with scissors.

6.Put oil in the pot.After the oil is hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry.

7. Add the loofah and stir-fry for a minute or two.

8.Add a little oyster sauce for freshness.

9.Add a little water and bring to a boil.

10. Add vermicelli and stir-fry evenly.

11.Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste.
