How to make braised tofu puffs
1. Soak the purchased tofu in hot water, rinse, drain and set aside2.Cut the ginger as shown, garlic, onion, coriander and pepper and set aside

3.Heat the oil, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry

4. Add tofu and stir-fry evenly.

5.Then add the light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

6.Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

8.Add a bowl of hot water and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes

9.Fire to collect juice

10.Add peppers and green onions and fry until cooked

Tips
I added light soy sauce and bean paste to this dish.The saltiness is enough, so I did not add salt, such as the amount of soaked tofu.If it’s too much, it needs to be * appropriately.
