Ingredients
Tofu (400g) | Ginger ( One piece ) |
Scallions ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( Three cloves ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Small Hot peppers ( two ) |
Starch ( A little ) | Cumin powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Cool white open ( suitable ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried tofu with sauce

1.First, let’s take a picture of the finished product.

2. Prepare the ingredients.

3. Slice tofu.

4.Cut ginger, garlic, and shallots into pieces

6. Brush the electric baking pan with oil and spread the tofu evenly.

7. Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, and sprinkle cumin powder evenly on both sides.
