How to stir-fry radish

1.Wash the radish, blanch it in boiling water for one minute, remove and drain.

2. Chop the radish.

3. Chop the garlic.

4.Hot the pan with cold oil.

5.Add garlic and saute until fragrant

6.Pour in the chopped radish and stir-fry,

7.Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

8.Finally add some chicken powder and stir-fry evenly.It's that simple and quick.

9.Place on a plate and garnish with some red pepper.
Tips
When blanching radish, don’t blanch it for too long.
