Ingredients
Chinese cabbage ( 500g ) | Dried shiitake mushrooms ( 5 pcs ) |
Oil ( 15g ) | Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | Mushroom beef sauce ( one spoonful ) | Salt ( half teaspoon ) |
Water starch (appropriate amount) |
How to make vegetables with mushroom sauce

1. Soak mushrooms in advance , wash the green vegetables and set aside

2.Shred shiitake mushrooms

4. Prepare the water starch

5.Hot Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Add green vegetables and stir-fry

7. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are six to seven mature, add light soy sauce and mushroom beef sauce
