Radish ( 500g ) | Tofu ( 400g ) |
Chinese cabbage ( 500 grams ) | Dark soy sauce ( one spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Salt ( Two spoons ) |
Big oil ( 50 grams ) | Ginger( piece ) |
Garlic sprouts ( Three roots ) |
Recipe of stewed tofu with radish, cabbage and tofu

2. Prepare radish, cabbage, and tofu.

3.Wash and slice radish

4.Cut tofu into cubes

5.Cut the cabbage and leaves into sections separately.

6. Cut garlic sprouts into sections and mince ginger.

7. Heat the oil in a pot to melt it.

8.Saute the ginger until fragrant

9. Add garlic sprouts and fry for a while.

10.Add radish and mix well

Tips
