Luffa scrambled eggs? Method

1. Peel and clean the loofah.Cut into cubes and garlic cloves into slices and set aside.

2. Crack the eggs, add a little salt in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and fry them well.Place in a bowl and set aside.

3. Pour in an appropriate amount of oil first, add salt, wait until the oil temperature rises, and turn on low heat Add the sliced garlic cloves and a little peppercorns (optional) and cook until fragrant, add the sliced loofah and stir-fry.

4. Stir-fry until the loofah becomes soft, then add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry again , finally add a little water and a little chicken essence to enhance the flavor.
