Broccoli ( one ) | Garlic ( four cloves ) |
Oyster sauce ( Two spoons ) | Water starch ( a little ) |
Salt ( a little ) |
How to make broccoli in oyster sauce

1.Choose broccoli into small florets, soak in salt water for 15 minutes, wash repeatedly and set aside

2. Boil water in a pot, put broccoli in the pot (you can put some oil and salt in the pot to prevent the broccoli from changing color)

3.Drain it into cold water
