Ingredients
Pea jelly ( 500g ) | Garlic sprouts ( 3 roots ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | five-spice powder ( 1/2 spoon ) |
Chicken powder ( 1/3 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make fried jelly

1. Prepare 500 grams of pea jelly.(I have a recipe for purple cabbage and pea jelly in my cookbook, which can be used for reference.The main ratio of pea flour to water is 1:6).

2. Chop the garlic sprouts and set aside.

3. Cut the pea jelly into square pieces.

4. Heat the oil in the pot.

5. Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

6.Pour in the chopped jelly.

7. Stir well.

8.Add a spoonful of salt.

9. 1/2 tablespoon allspice.

10. 1/3 spoon of chicken powder.

11. 2 spoons of light soy sauce.

12. Stir well.Keep the heat on medium for about 7 minutes.
