Spinach: enhance immunity, antioxidant, protect eyes and improve eyesight

Ingredients
Spinach ( 400g ) | Spiced white kidney beans ( 50g ) |
Shredded green onions ( 1 section ) | Salt ( 1 spoon span> ) |
Five-spice powder ( 1/4 spoon ) | Chicken powder ( 1/4 spoon ) |
White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | White vinegar ( 2 spoons ) |

1. Prepare the spinach, rinse it and remove the roots.

2. Boil water in a pot.

3. Add spinach and blanch until cooked.

4. Pour into cold water to cool down.

5.Water control.

6.Cut into segments.

7. Squeeze the water a little, but don’t squeeze it too hard.

8.Put it into the container.

9. Cut the green onion into strips.

10. Add spiced white kidney beans to spinach (refer to my previous recipe "Spice White "Kidney beans".Cooked white kidney beans can also be used instead).

11.Add a spoonful of salt.

12. 1/4 spoon allspice.

13.1/4 spoon of chicken powder.

14.1 spoon of sugar.

15. Add shredded green onions.

16. Heat the oil in a pot until it smokes.

17.Splash on the green onions.

18. Stir quickly and evenly.

19.Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, stir evenly and serve.
