Potatoes ( 2 ) | Tomato ( 3 ) |
Lettuce ( 4 pieces ) | Sugar ( 2 spoons ) |
Onions ( Moderate amount ) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
How to mix tofu with tomato sauce

1.Peel the tomatoes and mash them into juice.

2.Peel the potatoes and cut into triangular slices.

3. Mince the onion and garlic.

4. Wash the lettuce and arrange it evenly on the plate.

5. Boil water in a pot until it boils.

6. Add potato slices and blanch until cooked, drain and set aside.

7. Heat the pot, add the tomatoes when the pot is slightly warm, and simmer over low heat until the juice becomes , add some sugar halfway.

8. After the tomato juice is boiled, pour it into the basin with potato slices.

9.Add garlic and onion and stir evenly.
