Ingredients
Green beans (200g) | Small peppers ( 3 each ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Chicken essence ( A little food ) |
Garlic ( 3 petals ) | Ginger ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry green beans

1. Remove the stems of the peppers, tear off the old tendons of the green beans, and soak them in light salt water for 15 Minutes
