Soybean sprouts ( 400g ) | Carrot ( 1/3 section ) |
Green pepper (Half) | Salt ( 0.02 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1/2 spoon ) | Chicken powder ( 0.01g ) |
Ginger ( Two pieces ) | Garlic ( Two cloves ) |
How to make fried bean sprouts

1.Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water,

2. Cut carrots, green peppers, ginger into shreds, mince garlic,

3.Heat a pan with cold oil, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant,

4.Add bean sprouts and stir-fry,

5.Add carrot shreds and stir-fry for half a minute,

6.Add some water, cover and cook for two minutes,

7.Add minced garlic, green pepper, salt, light soy sauce and chicken powder and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

8. Put some green onions on the plate.

9.Finished product.
Tips
The soybean sprouts must be cooked.If not covered, stir-fry for a longer time.
