
Ingredients
Cauliflower ( 250g ) | Black fungus (after soaking) ( 80g ) |
Cilantro ( 1 ) | Millet Spicy ( 2 ) |
Garlic ( 10 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 15g ) |
Balsamic vinegar ( 5 grams ) | Sugar ( 1g ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Edible oil ( 10-15g ) |
How to mix fungus with cauliflower

1.Main ingredients.Soak the fungus 2 hours in advance and put it in the refrigerator in summer to prevent it from spoiling.

2.Chop spicy millet, peel and mince garlic.

3.Put them together into a small bowl and set aside.

4. Wash and cut the coriander into sections.

5. Boil water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of oil after the water boils (the amount is outside the ingredient list ).

6.Put in the washed cauliflower and blanch it for about 2 minutes.

7. Take it out and put it into drinking water or cold boiled water.

8.Put the washed fungus into the pot and blanch it.(Cook for about 4 minutes)

9. Take it out and put it in a cauliflower pot to cool together.

10. Rinse the pot, heat the oil and pour it into a spicy bowl of minced garlic and millet.

11. Drain the completely cool cauliflower, black fungus and put it into a mixing bowl with the coriander..

12. Add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and sugar to the garlic oil bowl and mix well.

13.Pour evenly into the vegetable mixing bowl.

14. Stir evenly and serve on a plate.
Tips
1.The cauliflower should not be blanched for too long to retain its crispy texture.
2.You can increase or decrease the sauce according to your own taste.
