Zucchini ( One ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Garlic (Three cloves) | Oil ( One small spoon span> ) |
Salt ( 0.05g ) |
How to stir-fry zucchini

1.
Zucchini, sliced carrots, (the carrots were not photographed together)
2.Chop garlic into small pieces,

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic and stir-fry first, add carrots and stir-fry for a while,

4.Pour in the zucchini and stir-fry over high heat,

5. Stir-fry until it changes color, add salt and stir-fry evenly.

6.Place on a plate and sprinkle with green onions.

7.Refreshing and not greasy.
Tips
When adding the zucchini, don't fry it for too long, otherwise it won't be crispy.This dish doesn't need too much seasoning, it just needs to be refreshing.
