Lettuce ( 250g ) | Garlic cloves ( 3 ) |
Oil ( 30 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |

How to make garlic lettuce

1.Wash the lettuce and drain the water

2.Garlic cloves, cut into minced pieces

3.Hot pot Start the oil and heat the oil to level 8

4. Heat the oil and pour in the minced garlic

5.Mash the garlic, stir-fry and stir until fragrant

6.Pour the lettuce into the pot

7.Use a spatula to stir-fry evenly

8.Add salt and turn Stir-fry evenly
