How to stir-fry broccoli with fungus

1.Picture of finished product.

2. Soak the fungus in cold water in advance.

3.Cut green onions and garlic, rinse the soaked fungus, and pick small florets.

4.Remove the roots of broccoli, wash and pick florets, peel and wash carrots slice.

5. Blanch the broccoli and carrots, remove them and drain them.
