How to make fried tofu skin with cabbage
1. Wash and cut tomatoes and garlic.

2.Tear the cabbage into small pieces.

3. Soak the tofu skin and wash it.

4.Put oil in the pot.

5. Add the tomatoes when the oil is 50% hot.

6.After the tomatoes are juiced, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

7.Add Xiangha beef sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft.

9. Add the bean skin and stir-fry evenly.
