Ingredients
Bitter melon ( one ) | Garlic oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Millet pepper ( Adequate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | White sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make garlic melon with sauce

1.Wash the bitter melon and remove the seeds, then cut it into sections and set aside

2. Pour water into the pot, add salt and blanch the sugar together

3.Water-open cold melon

4.Cook until slightly brown and drain the water

5. Start a new pot , add chicken soup, and simmer bitter melon over low heat (note that this time the bitter melon is simmered in chicken soup, no seasoning is added)

6. Simmer the bitter melon until it becomes soft.Take half a bowl of chicken soup for simmering the bitter melon and set aside

7.Pour light soy sauce into the reserved chicken soup, the ratio is 1:1

8.Pour the prepared simple sauce into the prepared cold melon and set aside
9. Pour garlic oil on top, and that’s it.

10. Put a few slices of millet pepper to garnish it and it will look better!
Tips
When simmering the chicken soup, be sure to simmer it over low heat until the melon is soft, but not over high heat
