Ingredients
Spinach ( 200g ) | Enoki mushroom ( 100g ) |
| Green onions ( 10g ) | Garlic ( 10 grams ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Red pepper ( half ) |

How to stir-fry seasonal vegetables

1.Wash the spinach and prepare the enoki mushrooms.

2. Blanch the enoki mushrooms in a pot of boiling water until cooked.

3. Let cool in cold water.

4. Blanch the spinach in a pot of boiling water until cooked.

5. Cool in cold water.

6. Remove the two, drain and set aside.
