Enoki mushrooms ( 200g ) | Spinach ( 200 grams ) |

How to mix spinach and nuts with enoki mushrooms

1. Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the old roots, tear them into small florets, pick and wash the spinach

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add spinach and enoki mushrooms and blanch until soft

3.Drain into cold water

4.Peel and mince the garlic, wash the millet and pepper and cut into oblique sections

Tips
