Asparagus ( 150g ) | Carrot ( 1 small section ) |
Black fungus (good for soaking) ( 100g ) | Celery ( 100 grams ) |
| Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Oil ( 20 Grams ) |
Salt ( 2.5 grams ) | Sugar ( a little ) |
How to prepare asparagus assorted vegetables

1.Main ingredients: Remove the old roots and skin of asparagus, peel the carrots, soak the fungus well, remove the leaves of celery and wash it.

2. Cut asparagus, carrots and celery into shreds of similar length and size.

3. Slice garlic and shred fungus.

4. Boil water in a pot.After the water boils, add 1 teaspoon of oil.

6. Remove from cold water.

Tips
1.When blanching, drop some oil first to protect the color of the vegetables.
