How to make crispy tofu

1.Prepare garlic leaves, cut into small sections, and mince ginger

2. Add soy sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar, starch and appropriate amount of cold water to a bowl and mix well and set aside.

3. Control the water content of the tofu and cut it into cubes of appropriate size

4. Heat the pan and add oil.When the oil temperature is 5-6, dip it in flour.

Tips
