Ingredients
Peanuts ( 20g ) | Spinach Stems ( 300g ) |
Salt ( 1 grams ) | balsamic vinegar ( 5 grams ) |
Sesame oil ( 5 grams ) | Minced garlic ( 10g ) |
| Rapeseed oil ( 20g ) | MSG ( 1g ) |
chopped green onion ( 3g ) |
How to mix peanuts with spinach stems

1.Pick spinach

2.Pinch off the leaves and leave the stems
3.Pinch the spinach stalks into small pieces

4. Wash and drain the water

5.Prepare chopped green onion and minced garlic

6.Wash the peanuts and drain
7. Heat the pan and add rapeseed oil
8.Add peanuts and fry until cooked

9. Remove and drain the oil.Cool

10.Leave the bottom oil in the pot, turn off the heat, add chopped green onion and minced garlic

11.Add all seasonings, mix well and set aside

12.Heat another pot and boil half of the water

13.Put in spinach stalks and boil

14. Prepare half a bowl of cold water

15. Remove the spinach stalks and soak them in cold boiling water until Cool

16. Remove and drain the water

17.Put into the seasonings mixed in the pot and mix well

18. Transfer to a plate

19.Crush the cooled peanuts with a kitchen knife flatly

20. On top of the spinach stalks on the plate

21.Serve and serve
