Winter melon: promotes fluid production
Ingredients
Winter melon ( Half ) | Wolfberry ( A little ) |
Onions ( a little ) | Garlic ( 1 clove ) |
Salt ( 0.5 spoon ) | Sugar ( 0.5 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 Spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 0.5 spoon ) |
Sesame oil ( 1 spoon ) |
How to steam winter melon

1.Prepare ingredients

2.Slice the winter melon (I didn’t peel it for better appearance), cut the garlic into cloves, and cut the green onion into small sections

3. Plating

4.Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil

5.Pour on the sauce and steam for 8-10 minutes

6.After steaming for 5 minutes, sprinkle the chopped green onion and garlic slices

7.Pack and decorate with wolfberry
Tips
Don’t cut too thin when slicing, otherwise they will collapse together after steaming
