Ingredients
Mung bean sprouts ( 200g ) | Pork shreds ( appropriate amount ) |
Minced garlic ( a little ) | Minced green onion ( a little ) |
Grated coriander ( a little ) | Oyster sauce (appropriate amount) |
MSG ( a little ) | Salt ( A little ) |
Chili oil ( A little ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |
Oil ( 1 tablespoon ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |

1.Wash your own mung bean sprouts.

2. Boil water and blanch bean sprouts.

3. Remove the supercooled water immediately.

4. Place on the plate.

5. Cut the shredded pork, mince the onion, mince the coriander and mince the garlic.

6.Put oil in the wok, heat 50%, add minced green onions and shredded pork and stir-fry.

7. Add oyster sauce to taste.

8. Add light soy sauce to taste and remove from the pot.

9. Place the shredded pork on the bean sprouts and sprinkle with minced coriander and minced garlic.

10. Add sesame oil and chili oil, season with salt and stir evenly.

1.After blanching the mung bean sprouts, pour cold water immediately
2.If you like to be jealous, you can add some vinegar.
