Ingredients
lettuce ( 2 roots ) | Salt ( 15g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken Essence ( 5g ) |
Ginger ( small pieces ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to make stir-fried lettuce

1.Prepare two good-looking lettuce

2. Soak in clean water and repeat Rinse well

3. Remove and drain

4. Chop the ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside

5.Pour oil into the pot and heat until cooked, add drained lettuce and stir-fry evenly

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly
