How to make beef mixed with coriander

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2. Cut beef shank into thin slices

3.Add corn starch, peanut oil and a little water, spread it in one direction, and marinate for fifteen minutes

4.Wash the coriander and shallots and cut into sections

5. Slice ginger and cut colored pepper into small strips

6.Add an appropriate amount of water and ginger slices to the pot and bring to a boil.Add the marinated beef slices and cook over high heat for one minute.Remove and let cool
