Ingredients
hairtail ( 2 ) | Cooking wine ( One tablespoon ) |
Salt ( a spoonful ) | Five-spice powder ( a little ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( a little ) |
How to make pan-fried hairtail

1. Remove the internal organs from the hairtail fish, wash it and cut it into sections.

2. Add cooking wine, five-spice powder, salt, green onion, ginger and garlic slices to the hairtail and stir.Mix evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Drain the marinated hairtail with kitchen paper.

4. Add oil in the pot and fry the hairtail.

5.Add low heat and fry one side until golden brown, then flip the other side.

6. Fry both sides until golden and crispy, and it’s ready.

7. The crispy hairtail is ready to eat.
Tips
After the hairtail is simmered, absorb the moisture on the surface to avoid oil leakage during frying.If you want spicy food, you can add chili pepper to marinate it while simmering.
