How to make sauced beef

1. Prepare the ingredients.I bought hind leg meat, cut it into large pieces and soaked it in water for 3 hours.I changed it every hour.Water once.

2.Put the beef into cold water to remove the blood foam.Remove after the water boils.Rinse the meat.

3. Prepare the seasoning.Bay leaves, fennel, rock sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, cinnamon

Tips
