How to make spicy and sour cucumber strips

1. Wash the ingredients, cut off both ends of the cucumber, and chop the coriander and garlic.

2. Cut the cucumber into sections, then cut into strips and arrange on the plate.

3.Mix white vinegar, sugar, salt and spicy oil into the sauce and mix well.

4. Heat the oil and pour it on the minced garlic.
