Soaked yuba ( 200g ) | Onion ( Half ) |

How to make cold dishes

1. Soak the yuba and fungus in advance, wash and set aside, smash the cucumber and cut the onion into shreds

2.Prepare seasonings, minced garlic, and chopped coriander
