How to mix cucumber with shredded chicken
1.Prepare the materials

2. Shred the cucumber , slice ginger, mince garlic, chop green onion, cut pepper into rings, cut coriander into inch sections

3.Put cold water into the pot, add chicken breasts, ginger slices, and 1 spoon of cooking wine, and cook for 15-20 minutes

4.After cooking, remove and soak in ice water

5. Sauce: minced garlic + chili + chopped green onion + 1 spoon of chili powder + 1 spoon of white sesame seeds, pour in hot oil and saute until fragrant

6.Add 1 tsp salt + 2 tsp light soy sauce + 2 tsp rice vinegar + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp chili oil, mix well

7.Tear the chicken breast into shreds
