How to make cold steamed eggplant

1.Take an appropriate amount of sesame paste, mix it with vinegar, and then add salt and sugar to taste.

2.Cut minced garlic and add it to the sesame sauce, mix well.

3.Peel the eggplant and cut into large pieces.

4. Steam the eggplant in a steamer over water for 10 minutes.

Tips
