Ingredients
Chicken feet ( 1000g ) | |

Lemon Chicken Feet Recipe

1.Wash the chicken feet and cut them If your nails fall off, cut them into small pieces.

2.Put cold water into the pot.

3. Add green onions, ginger slices and white wine and blanch for about 3 minutes.

4. Remove and rinse.

5.Wash the pot, add water to boil, and add the blanched and washed chicken feet.

6. Add onion, ginger and white wine again.

7. Bring the pot to low heat and cook for about 25 minutes.

8. Rinse with cold boiled water, add ice cubes, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

9. Add salt, sugar, MSG, lemon slices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Garlic slices and coriander, mix well.

10.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Tips
1.Blanch and wash, then change the water and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
2.Add lemon, not wild pepper, as it will contaminate the flavor.
