Ingredients
Chicken feet ( 500g ) | Lemon ( 1 piece ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( a little ) |
Millet pepper ( 3 pieces ) | Cilantro (appropriate amount) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( a little ) |
Sichuan pepper oil ( a little ) | Garlic slices (appropriate amount) |

How to soak chicken feet in lemon

1.Clean the chicken feet, cut off the nails, and chop into small pieces.

2.Put cold water into the pot and add onion and ginger cooking wine.After boiling, skim off the foam and simmer over low heat for 38 minutes.

3. Remove and rinse.

4. Drain off the water and add ice cubes until basically melted.

5.Drain again.

6.Add millet pepper, garlic slices and lemon slices.

7.Add the coriander.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, MSG and light soy sauce.

9.A little dark soy sauce and peppercorn oil.

Tips
1.The ice cubes are frozen in advance and soaked in ice cubes to make them crispy, tender and refreshing.
