How to make chicken feet with lemon and pickled pepper

1.Rinse the chicken feet you bought, cut off the nails, and divide them into three parts.Soak in clean water for half an hour.(Remove the blood)

Tips
The cooked chicken feet should be placed in ice water, so that the meat will be better bouncy.
Slice half of the lemon and extract the juice from the other half, because too much white part of the lemon will make it bitter.
