Cold Malantou Method

1.Clean the malan head and use it again Soak in water for ten minutes!

2. Boil the water in the pot ~ add the malan head and blanch for two minutes!

3. Take it out and drain it under cold water!

4. Cut the dried malan head with a knife, put it into a bowl and add minced garlic Salt, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, mix well!

5. Arrange on a plate and surround it with a few enoki mushrooms, and that’s it!
Tips
If you like spicy food, you can also add red pepper.When blanching, be sure to let the water boil for a while and then drain out the water!
