How to make cold shredded dry tofu

1. Shred the dry tofu, green onions and carrots, mince the garlic, and cut the coriander into small pieces.

2. Boil water in a pot, put the dried tofu shreds in, blanch them, and take them out.Cold water, squeeze out the water and put it in a basin.

3. Add shredded carrots, shredded green onions, minced garlic and coriander.

4. Add two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of vinegar, one spoon of sesame oil, and half a spoon sugar.

5. Add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of chicken essence.

6.Put the chili noodles, sesame seeds and red pepper on top.

7. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up, then pour it on top of the chili noodles and sesame seeds.Wear disposable gloves and mix evenly.

Tips
Do not blanch dry tofu for too long.You can add various seasonings according to your own taste.
I usually mix it up the night before and put it in the refrigerator.The next morning I steam the steamed buns and cook some porridge, and it’s ready for breakfast!
