Cold salad How to make five-spice dried tofu

1.Prepare spiced tofu Dry.

2. Boil water in a pot, put the dried beans into the pot and boil the water.

3.Crush the peanuts into powder.

4. Remove the dried beans and drain the water, cut into shreds, add chopped green onion and minced garlic , peanut powder.

5. Add salt, light soy sauce, chili oil, and sesame oil and mix well.

6. Then put it on the plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips
1.Be sure to use fresh dried tofu when making it cold in summer, as it is easy to deteriorate;
2.The boiling time should not be too long, basically just blanch it slightly.
