How to make mustard fungus

1. Soak the fungus in cold water until it is completely swollen, wash and remove the roots, break off small florets and set aside

2. Wash and shred cucumbers, peel and shred carrots and set aside

3.Add appropriate amount of wasabi for a very fresh taste, stir the vinegar into wasabi juice and set aside
4. Blanch the soaked fungus, drain it with cold water and set aside

5.Add cucumber, carrot shreds, coriander, sesame oil, salt, and mustard spicy sauce to the fungus and stir evenly.Come and try the spicy mustard fungus!
Tips
1.Soak the fungus in cold water, wash it thoroughly to avoid impurities that may affect the taste, and remove the roots.You can also use rootless ones for more convenience.2.The blanch time should not be too long.It is better to boil the pot for two to three minutes, but not more than five minutes.3.Add appropriate amount of mustard oil or mustard paste according to your personal taste.
